8-09 9-12 series high pressure centrifugal fan Application
8-09, 9-12 type special high-pressure centrifugal fans for iron furnaces are suitable for the blast performance requirements of iron furnaces with melting rates of IL/h, 2L/h, 3L/h, 3L/h, and 7L/h. The fan can also be used as a blast for various melting furnaces and forging furnaces, and is also suitable for conveying air and gases that are non-corrosive, non-self-igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the input medium should not exceed 80℃, and the dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m3.
Type
The 8-09 fan is single suction, and there are five types of machine numbers: No. 6.8A, 7.1D, 8D, 8.5D, and 9D. The 9-12 fans are single suction, and there are five machine numbers No6.8A, 7.1A, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D.
The 8-09 and 9-12 fans can be made into clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. Viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates in a clockwise direction, it is called a clockwise rotating fan, which is represented by "clockwise", and it rotates in a counterclockwise direction.
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing, and the "shun" and "reverse" fans can be made into three angles of 0°, 90° and 180°.
Structure
Fans 8-09 and 9-12 are composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, transmission units, seals, bases, etc. For the 8-09 models, the partial assembly structure is adopted, and the other models adopt the overall structure.
①The impeller blade type eucalyptus new high-efficiency forward fan theory is designed. After the impeller is formed, the static and dynamic balance are corrected, so the operation is stable and reliable.
②The casing is welded with ordinary steel plate to form the whole volute casing.
③The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, which is fixed with the front cover plate group by bolts.
④ The transmission group consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. For 8-09 type No.71D, No.8D uses rolling bearing grease lubrication, and for 8-09 type Nos.8.5 and 9 use rolling bearing grease lubrication.
Utilization of fan
Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.
It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.
The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.
It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.
A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.
The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
