Recently, our company has successfully completed the mass production and rigorous testing of 48 dedicated constant pressure centrifugal fans. This batch of fans, as a new achievement of our company's independent research and development, is specially customized for bell-type furnaces. It is designed to achieve stable and constant pressure transportation of combustion air and protect the company's safe production and efficient operation.

This batch of fans stands out for its excellent performance indicators: the smooth performance curve ensures that the air volume can be flexibly adjusted within a wide range of 1600 to 2500m³/h, while the pressure can be stably maintained at 6800Pa, providing stable aerodynamic force for the bell furnace support. The impeller diameter is 710mm and the rotation speed is 1450rpm.

In view of the special environment installed on the top of the bell-type furnace, the fan impeller blades are fully welded on the front and back sides, which enhances the structural strength and corrosion resistance of the blades and reduces the need for maintenance due to harsh working conditions. At the same time, the base abandons the traditional angle iron welding method and adopts a whole panel support structure, which not only improves the operating stability of the fan, but also significantly reduces the vibration value and extends the service life of the equipment.

The dedicated constant pressure centrifugal fan launched this time is equipped with an efficient disc muffler at the entrance, which effectively reduces the noise pollution caused by open air suction and creates a quieter and more comfortable production environment for customers.
