Y4-68、Y4-73 high temperature centrifugal fan Application
Y4-68 and Y4-73 boiler fans and induced draft fans are suitable for ventilation and induced draft fan systems of steam boilers in thermal power plants. The medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C.
Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device must be installed to minimize the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. According to the general power plant usage, the dust removal efficiency should not be lower than 85%, reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, and improve the service life of the fan.
Type
(1) The induced draft fan is made into single suction.
(2) Each type of fan can be made into two types: right-rotating or left-rotating. Looking at the fan from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates in a clockwise direction, which is called a right-handed fan. Fan, indicated by "left".
(3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The "right" and "left" fans can make a total of 6 angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.
(4) The transmission mode of the fan is D type, and the connection between the motor and the fan adopts the direct drive of the elastic coupling.
