Product Description

T30-11 BT30-11 FT30-11 low noise axial flow fan Application

It can be used for ventilation of workshops, warehouses, offices and residences or for enhancing heat dissipation. The gas conveyed by this axial flow fan must be clean, dry, free of impurities, excessive water vapor and corrosive gas, and its temperature must not exceed 45°C.

Structure type

T30 and BT30 axial flow fans are low-pressure axial flow fans with simple structure and low noise.

If the wind shell is removed, it can also be used as a free fan. It can also be installed in series at intervals in a longer exhaust pipe to increase the total pressure in the pipe.

Utilization of fan

Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.

It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.

The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.

It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.

A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.

The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
