4-79 4-2X79 centrifugal fan Application
The 4-79 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings. It can be used for gas input and gas output. The type of conveying gas is air and other unnatural, harmless to human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials. No sticky substances are allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150mg/m3. The temperature of the gas must not exceed 80°C.
Type
The fan can be made to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. Viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a clockwise fan, which is represented by "clockwise"; when it rotates counterclockwise, it is called an inverted fan, which is represented by "reverse".
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The 4-79 fan No.3~12 are all made into one form at the factory, and the user can install it in the required position according to the requirements. It is not necessary to indicate when ordering. No.3 The air outlet position adjustment range is 0°-225°, and the interval is 45°. No.3.5~6 air outlet position adjustment range is 0°-225°, the interval is 22.5°, No.3.5~6 transmission mode is type A transmission; No.7~8 air outlet position adjustment range 0°-180°, The fan interval is 22.5°, the transmission mode of No.7~8 is C-type transmission; the transmission mode of No.10-20 is E-type transmission, and the air outlet position is made into three fixed types: 0°, 90°, 180°, Cannot be adjusted, please specify when ordering. No.10~20 double air inlet types are made into three types with fixed air outlet positions: 0°, 90°, 180°, and the transmission mode is E-type transmission, which should be noted when ordering.
Structure
No.3~6 fans of 4-79 type fans are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts distributed directly connected motors; No.7~20 have transmission parts in addition to the above parts.
① The impeller is composed of 16 backward-inclined arc thin-plate blades, curved front disc and flat back disc, all made of steel plate. And after dynamic balance correction. The air performance is good, the efficiency is high, the noise is low, and the operation is balanced.
②The casings are made of two different types. No.3~12 casings are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled; No.14~20 casings are made of two-open type, divided into two halves along the midpoint horizontal plane, connected by bolts .
③The air inlet is made as a whole, installed on the side of the fan, and the cross section parallel to the axial direction is a curved shape, which can make the gas enter the impeller smoothly with less loss.
④The transmission part is composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing and pulley.
Utilization of fan
Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.
It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.
The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.
It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.
A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.
The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
