G4-73 Y4-73 boiler fan Application
G4-73 Y4-73 boiler ventilators, induced draft fans and induced draft fans are suitable for ventilation and induced draft fan systems of steam boilers below 670t/h in thermal power plants. When there are no other special requirements, G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation.
The medium conveyed by the fan is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250℃.
Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device must be installed to minimize the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. According to general power plant usage, the dust removal efficiency shall not be lower than 85%.
Type
(1) The ventilator and the induced draft fan are made into single suction, each with No. 8-28, a total of 12 machine numbers.
(2) The fan is made into two rotation directions, viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotating clockwise is called a right-handed fan, represented by "right"; the impeller rotating counterclockwise is called a left-handed fan, represented by "left".
(3) The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing.
(4) The transmission mode of the fan is D type, and all adopt elastic coupling transmission.
Structure
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a regulating door and a transmission part.
(1) The impeller is welded between the conical arc-shaped front disk and the flat-plate rear disk by 12 backward-inclined wing oblique blades. Due to the use of wing-shaped blades, the high efficiency, low noise and high strength of the fan are ensured. The impeller is calibrated by static and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly. The impeller structure of the fan and induced draft fan of the same machine number is the same.
(2) The casing is a snail-shaped body welded by ordinary steel plates. The casing of the single suction fan is made into three different forms (No.8-12 casings are made as a whole structure and cannot be disassembled, No.14~16 casings are made into two-open type, No.18-28 casings Make a three-open type).
(3)The induced draft fan and snail-shaped plate are appropriately thickened to prevent abrasion.
(4) The device used to adjust the flow rate of the fan is installed axially in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0° (fully open) to 90° (fully closed). Adjust the position of the lever of the door, looking at the right side from the direction of the air inlet, push the lever from the bottom to the top for the right-hand fan to fully close to the fully open direction; for the left-hand fan, the lever from up and down means to fully close. To the full open direction.
(5) The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality barium, and the fan adopts rolling bearings. There are two types of bearing boxes, No.8-16 uses an integral cylindrical bearing box, and No.8-28 uses two independent pillow-type bearing boxes. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator (only induced draft fan). The lubricating oil adopts the total loss system oil L-AN46, and the amount of oil added is in accordance with the requirements of the oil level mark. If grease is used for the No.8-16 integral cylindrical bearing box, an oil baffle should be added to the ball side of the bearing box, and the fixing groove has been prefabricated. The induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device. Therefore, a water delivery pipe must be installed. The water consumption varies with the temperature. Generally, 0.5~1m3/h is considered.
Utilization of fan
Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.
It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.
The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.
It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.
A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.
The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
