6-23 6-30 7-41 series centrifugal blower Application

    Often used in feed machinery.


Type

    (1) 6-23, 6-30, 7-41 series fans are all single suction, and the transmission mode is A type.

    (2) 6-23, 6-30, 7-41 series fans can be made into two forms of clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates in a clockwise direction, it is called a co-rotating fan, which is represented by "forward", and vice versa, it is called a counter-rotating fan, which is represented by "reverse".

    (3) The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the outlet of the casing. "Shun" and "Reverse" are usually made into five angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, and 180°.

    (4) When the above-mentioned machine number, transmission method, and export angle cannot meet your production needs, our factory has the ability to redesign and manufacture for you until you are satisfied.


Structure

    Impeller-the new high-efficiency forward fan theory of leaf type eucalyptus is designed. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction and phase speed operation test, so the operation is stable and reliable.

    Chassis—Common steel plates are welded into a volute shape as a whole.

    Air inlet-welded with ordinary steel plate into a convergent streamlined structure with good flow performance.


Utilization of fan

    Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.

    It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.

    The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.

    It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.

    A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.

    The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
