4-72 B4-72 F4-72 Explosion proof and anticorrosive centrifugal fan Application
The 4-72 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings. Transport air and other gases that are not spontaneously combustible, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to steel. B4-72 fan can be used for ventilation of flammable and volatile gas. No sticky substances are allowed in the gas, dust and hard particles are not more than 150mg/m3, and the gas temperature must not exceed 80°C.
The performance, options and foundation dimensions of B4-72 fan are the same as those of 4-72 fan, which can be selected according to its samples. The fan structure is basically the same as the 4-72 type, No2.8-6A adopts the B35 type motor with flange and feet, and the No.6-12C and D motors select the YB series corresponding to the Y series in the table, and install The form is B3.
The F4-72 fan is made of stainless steel and glass fiber reinforced plastic for transporting corrosive gases, and its performance and the size of the foundation are the same as those of the 4-72.
Type
Viewed from the side of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-hand fan, which is represented by "right"; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-hand fan, which is represented by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The 4-72 fan No. 2.8-6 is made into N types when leaving the factory, and the user can install it in the required position according to the requirements. It is not necessary to indicate when ordering. The adjustment range of the No. 2.8 air outlet position is 0°-225°; The interval is 45°. The adjustment range of NO.3.2-6 air outlet position is 0°-225°, and the interval is 22.5°. The adjustment range of NO.3.2-6 air outlet position is 0°-225°, and the interval is 45°. NO.16 and 20 air outlet positions are made into three fixed types: 0°, 90°, and 180°, which cannot be adjusted. Please indicate when ordering.
There are four transmission modes of the fan: A, B, C, and D. Among the 4-72 type fans, No.2.8-6 adopts A-type transmission, No.8-12 adopts C and D-type transmission, and No.16-20 adopts B-type transmission.
Structure
No. 2 8-6 of the 4-72 type fan is mainly composed of the impeller, the casing, the imported air and other parts of the direct-connected motor. In addition to the above-mentioned parts, NO.8-20 also has transmission parts and so on.
(1) The impeller is composed of 10 backward-inclined mechanical blades, a curved front disc and a flat rear disc. It is made of copper plate or cast aluminum alloy, and has been calibrated by dynamic and static balance. It has good air performance, high efficiency and stable operation.
(2) The casing is made into two different types. The casing of NO.2.8-12 is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The casing of NO.1-20 is made into three-open type. In addition to being divided into two halves along the central horizontal plane, the upper half is divided into two vertically along the centerline. Half, connect with lugui.
(3) The air inlet is made as a whole, installed on the side of the fan, and the cross-section parallel to the axial direction is a curved shape, which can make the gas enter the impeller smoothly, and the loss is small.
(4) The transmission part is composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, belt wheel or coupling.
Utilization of fan
Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.
It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.
The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.
It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.
A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.
The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
