T4-72 series centrifugal blower Application
The T4-72 centrifugal fan machine is used for general ventilation. As the indoor ventilation of general factories and large buildings, it can be used as input gas and output gas. The conveyed gas should be air and other non-spontaneous combustion, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to steel materials. Sexual gas. No sticky substances, dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150mg/m3. The temperature of the gas must not exceed 80°C.
Type
The fan can be made into two forms of right rotation and left rotation. Viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-hand fan, which is represented by "right"; when it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-hand fan, which is represented by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. No.3-6 of the T4-72 fan is made into one form when leaving the factory, and No.3-6 is made into one form when leaving the factory. No.3-6 air outlet position adjustment range is o°-225°, and the interval is 45°. The transmission mode is A-type transmission; No.7-12's air outlet position adjustment range is 0°, 90°, 180°, which cannot be adjusted; No.7-12's transmission mode is C-type transmission.
Structure
No.3-6 fan of T4-72 type fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts distributed directly connected motor; No.7-12 in addition to the above parts, there are transmission parts and so on.
1) The impeller is composed of NM ten backward inclined arc thin plate blades, curved front disc and flat back disc, all made of steel plate. And after static and dynamic balance correction, the air performance is good, high efficiency, low noise, and balanced operation.
2) The casing is made into two different forms. The housing of No.3-12 is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled; the housing of No.14-20 is made of two-open type, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane of the middle division, and connected by bolts.
3) The air inlet is made as a whole, installed on the side of the fan, and the cross-section parallel to the axial direction is a curved shape, which can make the gas enter the impeller smoothly, and the loss is small.
4) The transmission part is composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing and pulley.
Utilization of fan
Operation is permitted only when the fan is in perfectly normal condition.
It is required to check each part of the fan for normality in case of startup of the fan upon maintenance.
The fan shall be cleaned regularly and the dust, dirt and other impurities inside conveying pipeline shall be removed at regular interval to prevent rust.
It is not allowable to repair the fan when it is in operation.
A throttling device may be used for adjustment in case of excessive flow which not in compliance with operating requirements or smaller flow required in a short time.
The fan shall be immediately stopped for inspection in case of abnormality during its startup, shutdown or operation.
